I began my professional journey with the discipline and strategic mindset gained as a selected player for the Italian national golf team. In 2017, I transitioned to a career in management, earning a degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, followed by a Master’s in Business Management specializing in Green Management and Sustainable Businesses. After gaining experience as a Business Analyst intern at Octagona, I joined Italtractor ITM S.p.A, where I now work as Salesforce & Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, I implement Salesforce solutions and develop data-driven Inside Sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and business growth. My work focuses on leveraging machine inspection data to create tailored opportunities, supporting ITM's digital transformation. I continuously strive to refine my skills in CRM management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to impactful and sustainable results.
