Here’s a snapshot of my experience: 3+ years managing large IT organizations 7+ years leading software development teams 10+ years developing enterprise-level web and distributed applications Throughout my career, I’ve developed a hands-on approach across the entire software development life cycle—from requirements capture through development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support. My journey has spanned global landscapes, with experience working in the UK, India, US, Canada, and Greece. Currently, I lead the Endava Delivery organization across Romania. Since joining Endava in 2012 as a Senior Software Developer managing a team of seven in the Bucharest office, I have taken on increasingly strategic roles. With a focus on redesigning organizational structures, streamlining processes, and building strong partnerships, I advanced to Head of Development in 2017 and Bucharest Site Manager in 2022. In 2023, I proudly took on the role of Country Manager for Endava Romania.
