About Francesco Iaria

I began my career as a data scientist at Jakala, where I worked early on developing a series of modules based on classical and generative artificial intelligence. In Jakala, I honed both technical and business skills learned in my academic career, developing soft skills that I consider my strength (team leadership, stakeholder management, problem solving). I believe this experience has solidified my adaptability, my passion for using technology in solving complex problems, and my commitment to generating impact, even in the most challenging situations. My main interests are psychology and technology, I'm fascinated by Data & AI because we can now merge the precision of data and the creativity of AI. Data provides a solid, objective foundation and AI, on the other hand, brings in the creative, scalable and dynamic potential to use that data in innovative ways, opening new possibilities for solving complex problems and enhancing user experiences. I’m especially interested in how this balance can be managed to unlock real value. As human mind a Data & AI solution should be based on this balance.
