After the studies and a two years-experience as production operator, I’ve started to work in Eli Lilly Italia, where I am working currently. During my work experiences I have always shown curiosity, desire to learn and to do, which has given me the opportunity to receive more and more responsibilities: after starting as EM technician, I became QA lead technician of formulation and filling (isolator and RABS) departments. As a senior QA, I lead my shift team (up to 5 technician) and further the routine task of a QA technician I take care of the training of the new colleagues.
