I successfully manage the ramp-up of rapidly expanding businesses through the implementation of a cost-effective multi-source supply structure. My background and know-how makes me able to deliver cross-function value generation focusing on sustainable functional transformation, change management, and organizational development. I am highly experienced in leading the development and deployment of effective procurement strategies, negotiating inside and outside the organization, influencing across cultures and languages, and designing risk-free, compliant supply bases. I hold an Executive MBA from HEC Lausanne and I am fluent in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. I am also a Business School Professor of Negotiation and Supply Chain at reputable institutions.
