I am a Senior Product Owner and Business Developer at WebScience, a leading digital transformation company. I have over 5 years of experience in managing complex and innovative projects, applying user-centered design and agile methodologies. I hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential from Scrum Alliance, and I have skills in marketing communications, CRM, and e-commerce. In my current role, I define the product vision and strategy, prioritize and manage the product backlog, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. I have successfully led major projects for renowned clients in the fintech and fashion industries, overseeing large budgets and teams, developing event-driven microservices architectures and mobile applications, and integrating open banking standards and regulations. I also drive digital excellence within the organization as a leader in the Digital Specialist Competence Center. I am passionate about supporting innovative entrepreneurship and socio-economic impact, and I contribute as an Adviser, Founding Member, and Board Member of Beentrepreneurs, an association that aims to develop and disseminate new forms of entrepreneurship in disadvantaged contexts.
