I’m the Customer Success Manager in tangoo. I have responsibility toward the customer and also toward the internal teams. I like my job because I can be a real partner for my clients, move towards their goals, plan and realise ambitious media plans, joint the company teams and let them work together, establish a proactive dialogue, work on new tools and ways to works, valuing ideas and projects. With only one final goal: the customer success. Since 2005 I worked in almost any aspect of digital marketing. I come from a ten years period in Italiaonline, the biggest internet company in Italy, as a Media Consultant with responsibilities in presales, sales, delivery of digital marketing media plans, moreover technical support to sales account and customer service. Until 2013, as Multimedia Area Manager in Cybors srl- I developed of my competence and sensitivity to accessibility criteria set by W3C/WAI, with particular reference to the Italian Law - I used of a wide range of CMS, taking care of designing the templates, configuration, plugin customization - I studied the communicative aspects related to the websites and graphic objects about international events, such as the FIBA Eurobasket Women 2007, and important clients as Enel - give lessons in web design, HTML/CSS, usability, accessibility, mobile and adaptative interfaces Moreover I increased my knowledge about the Adobe Suite. Since february 2007, I'm a Help Desk & Customer Manager. I completed my professional skills with experience in project management and human resources. I was the Help Desk Manager for the XVI Mediterranean Games in Pescara in 2009
