About Francesco Vitale

I am an Italian currently living in Amsterdam and I am in the process of settling in the Netherlands in order to improve my career in communications, my knowledge of the English language and experience another culture. I moved in Amsterdam nearly one month ago and I am more than willing to continue my life here. I posses excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English and I have been working in the communications industry for 2 years. I have always had a passion and an aptitude for customer care and relationships and greatly wish to combine my experience in customer service with my avid interest in learning languages. I had experiences in different areas including technical support, sales, hardware and software installation and maintenance. I have a variety of technical skills having worked with PC, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite. I am also experienced in hospitality and waiting, having worked in a wide range of restaurants and pubs, I am also a music teacher since 10 years, this helped me a lot about everything concerning scheduling, organizing and empathize with my students.
