Richard started as a residential developer and builder which helped Richard and Franchesca grow their business purchasing, renovating and selling properties while the market was down. In this time Richard and Franchesca successfully flipped over 200 properties in Orlando, FL. In 2012, as the real estate market started to stabilize and even incline, Richard and Franchesca became a part of a luxury department, where they quickly were able to use their knowledge of the industry to become a luxury specialist and top producers in 2013, 2104 and 2015.
