About Franchon Greenfield

I am a huge people- person and I have an extreme passion for assisting entrepreneurs with the tools necessary to start and expand their business and providing procurement technical assistance. I have spent four years providing strategic and business plan coaching to small and emerging businesses. I'm also experienced in facilitating and managing business workshops, events, cohorts, recruiting new clients, speakers, executive coaches, and consultants for the Chicago Urban League's Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, to provide general and industry-specific advice and support to the business development workshops and special events. When I am not working I am spending time with my four year old son, who keeps me very busy. I am an extrovert that enjoy being around people, building connections, and learning new things. I love to travel, network, and my favorite of them all, karaoke. I believe if I can help an entrepreneur grow and expand their business, they can hire, and in return more jobs are being created within our communities.
