About Francine E. Lahm

My administrative and human resources work with both private law firms and an in-house legal department has helped me come full circle with understanding the client/lawyer/executive relationship. My experience has equipped me to better understand the competition private lawyers face to remain profitable while adhering to client demands to reduce fees. Legal Department Managers are often asked to cut outside counsel spend without adding to headcount. For me, excellent customer service is front and center and starts with the effective management of Human Talent. That’s where I come in. My Legal, Administrative and Human Resources professional background helps organizations add value leveraging people. What good is incredible and state of the art technology if the people using it are not using it effectively? I improve processes for busy lawyers and executives looking to service their clients in the most innovative, cost effective and forward thinking manner by keeping the "human" in Human Resources and leveraging technology.
