I possess a unique combination of training, management, project management and organisation development experience that enables me to easily adapt to new situations and challenges. I am highly motivated and committed to making it my life's work to facilitate constructive change in people's lives. A particular strength of mine is establishing rapport with people. My long work history in health and education covers the scope of clinical, organisation development, training and development, Project Management, Human Resources, business analysis, Senior Business Lead/Business Integration Manager of Learning and Performance, Change Manager in the Health Coordination Services Directorate in the Division of the Chief Health Officer, and Principal Advisor in Capability in People and Culture Strategic Services. My history also highlights my advanced insight and understanding into how ‘health’ works and how the different professional and occupational groups within QH function. I hold project leadership and planning capability to manage integration between the key components of solutions and business requirements. As well as my understanding of clinical, I have advanced knowledge of key subject areas of corporate services, in particular change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and learning and performance management. I have extensive academic and professional development achievements ranging from clinical qualifications, a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management, to attainment of Project Management qualifications including a Certificate IV in Project Management and Practitioner Prince2. I also regularly attend and present at professional development events and conferences. These experiences have allowed me to demonstrate my flexibility and enthusiasm to work in a changing dynamic environment, my willingness to take on responsibility, work as a successful team member and my desire to strive for excellence in whatever I encounter.
