I am an experienced and multidisciplinary IT professional with over five years of success in delivering comprehensive IT systems support, infrastructure management, and technical operations, primarily within international NGOs. My expertise spans operations, infrastructure and user administration, IT asset lifecycle management, change control processes, and disaster recovery planning—underpinned by a strong understanding of how technology aligns with and supports broader organisational strategy. My role has extended beyond technical delivery to managing IT procurement, overseeing user on-boarding and off-boarding, and updating departmental IT policies to ensure compliance with evolving industry, compliance, and governance standards. I have also contributed to cross-functional IT initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, system rollouts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that technical solutions align with operational needs.
