About Francis Keating

Meet Francis Keating!(That’s me)I am a self-taught painter specializing in watercolor, oil, and acrylic paintings. Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, I have always been inspired by the homely community and artistic presence. It is the desire to share my passion and craftwork with the community I've grown up in and it brings me great joy to know my paintings bring a smile to my friends, family, and neighbors. There may not be a one-size-fits-all when it comes to style, but real estate paintings sure do hit close to home!(pun intended)When I’m not painting, I love to hike, go for bike rides, and stare at the stars. Nature is one of my biggest inspirations for painting so I spend as much time as I can in forests, around waterfalls, or on top of beautiful peaks. Wherever you might find me, I’m never too far away from my sketchbook. I’m always on the hunt for interesting compositions, unique color combos, and captivating subjects.
