With over 20 years of experience in IT and database management, I have become a professional with wide IT infrastructure knowledge, and have worked as IT Manager, Project Manager, IT Consultant and Oracle Database Instructor. I am a very seasoned professional specializing in enterprise cloud services and database administration. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at AGGRANDIZE, I lead a dedicated team of Cloud Architects, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and facilitating seamless transitions to cloud environments. My role also encompasses overseeing database operations, where I manage a team of administrators adept in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL technologies. I oversee comprehensive 24/7 monitoring services and provide strategic consulting in both database and operating system domains. I gained extensive experience in customer service and honed my skills as an Oracle Database Administrator across multiple versions, including 7, 8, 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c and 19c. My expertise extends to Real Application Clusters (RAC), Automatic Storage Management (ASM), Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Golden Gate and the optimization and tuning of SQL queries and programmable objects, like Stored Procedures.
