About Francisco Cerda

I help leaders and organizations unlock their transformative potential. I work with companies and non-profit organizations that see their purpose not just in generating profit or growth, but in creating value by solving real human and societal challenges — and doing so with a long-term perspective. I support organizations at different stages and across diverse industries, from startups to mature companies with revenues exceeding US$1 billion, working in Chile and beyond. What drives me is strategic management, while what obsesses me is coherence: aligning context, purpose, strategy, leadership, and organization so that ambition becomes sustainable impact. When these elements connect, organizations become powerful engines of progress and meaning. I’ve founded and led several companies, including Gudcompany, People Platz, and Bigpictures — focused on strategy, culture, and organizational transformation. I’m also Co-Founder and Chairman of Common House, a global Zero Waste Studio based in London. This reflects a personal transition toward dedicating more of my time to founding, directing, and investing in purpose-driven organizations, alongside my work in consulting and teaching. Trained as an Organizational Psychologist (PUC), with an MBA (UAI) and a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Melbourne, I bring an integrated perspective that connects people, purpose, and performance. I’m also a lecturer in Strategy and Leadership and a regular radio panelist on business, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
