Extensive experience in business development, work with new projects and their expansion through key accounts and network of contacts through the LATAM region (most of the largest retailers in Latin America in the hardware and supermarket industry as well as the owners and executives in the region).Experience and understanding of the important elements of the supply chain in each market that would help any organization to find synergies to expand and develop new and existing relationships - including the expansion of E-Commerce using the US distribution network to expand the reach to Latin American markets.Maintaining and improving business relationships with customers and vendors from around the world. I have spent my career not only developing sales relationships but expanding and creating new programs from different factories from Asia and Latin America. Able to work with ad hock data to formulate analytical recommendations in order to find synergies and win-win strategies with partners at all levels of the supply chain. Data is only as good as understanding how to use it to create synergies among the supply chain.Preparation and delivery of professional presentations for all business facets: marketing, sales and strategy position. I have hosted trade shows as well as be a presenter in different formats as trainer and presenter in topics as retail marketing and sales, merchandising and business development. My biggest pride is the team development by hiring, training and promoting a number of staff members whether in my office or in different parts of the world to positions where they can grow in the organization that I work for.
