As Director of Performance & Finance for Africa and the Middle East, I manage the financial performance of assets and corporate finance for subsidiaries and projects. My role also involves analyzing the alignment between the development strategy, resource allocation, and the performance achieved. With several years of experience in a leading group in the energy sector, I have contributed to financial, strategic, commercial, and human challenges, both in France and internationally. I have worked in a context of significant transformation, characterized by increasing competition, international expansion, and the need to optimize cash flow management. My expertise has been further developed through responsibilities in project management, particularly in high-voltage network engineering, as well as through my experience as a board member. As a manager, I am particularly focused on fostering team engagement, shared purpose, and cohesion.
