I specialize in designing, implementing, and leading large-scale procurement programs (S2P) for international clients, driving digital and organizational model transformation, automation, and supply chain excellence for complex organizations. With over 15 years of experience at renowned global leaders, I have effectively navigated diverse working environments, continuously adapting to dynamic challenges, and have achieved significant cost savings, stakeholder satisfaction, and change management through the various programs I led. As the Delivery Lead of our Prague regional center (200+ FTE), I have successfully scaled up capabilities, strengthened service delivery, and played a key role in establishing our high-impact consulting function. In addition, as a member of the GEP European Leadership group, I actively contribute to strategic decision-making, business development, growth strategy, and industry thought leadership. My core expertise spans both direct and indirect categories, with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain outsourcing, including 4PL, Control Tower advisory. I am passionate about integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into supply chain and procurement strategies while leveraging digitalization, automation, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics. I also specialize in End to End Tail Spend Management strategies including buying channel optimization, end user interface and aggregator solution and powered by AI. By leveraging my passion for people development and disruptive thinking, my primary goal is to empower individuals, foster growth, and challenge the 'status quo' to drive transformative and collaborative changes.
