From analytics to Quality and Food Safety Management The first part of career had been dedicated to laboratory management, analytical improvement, knowledge sharing and method harmonization. Then, I made a transition to Feed and Food Safety Management with the management of EFISC and certifications for the site. The certification of the refinery requested a global project to upgrade the manufacturing area. Results are the overall improvement of the GMP level for structures and equipment, in line with hygienic design requirement for food industry. Workflow and process flow optimization efficiency, and safety and food safety standards had been improved in a same time. Audits are part of my job. I'm a qualified auditor for FSSC2200 and perform audits of food production sites, suppliers or external manufacturers within Europe. These last years, I had two new roles. Leader of the European Industrial Starches Quality team (a team working on product and process optimization to facilitate business, provide expertise and support for internal and external communication) and member of the European Zoning Champions Team (a team dedicated to set standard of Food Safety Zoning and Hygienic Design) Today evolution is Reliability, with a strong collaboration with the Continuous Improvement Team, and Green Belt project about Product and Production Capability
