As the General Secretary (CEO) of the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC), I oversee the development and growth of football across the Pacific region. I focus on fostering professionalism and high performance through sport and using football as a tool for positive change in communities. With over 16 years of experience at OFC, my role is to lead the strategic direction of the confederation, ensuring the game continues to thrive both on and off the pitch. Previously, I served as the Head of Social Responsibility at OFC, where I worked to integrate football into community development initiatives across Oceania, gaining a more profound knowledge of the Pacific. A key initiative I champion is the OFC Professional League, which aims to elevate the level of competition, create sustainable pathways for players, and provide clubs with a platform to thrive. My vision is to foster professional opportunities while nurturing grassroots football, contributing to the overall growth of the sport in Oceania.
