So I can rely on my rich and varied experience in the capital equipment's distribution (handling machines, lifting platforms, modular buildings, construction equipment, warehouse equipment, etc.), as well as associated services (advice, training, renting, financing solutions, installation, preventive and curative maintenance contracts, etc.) and network management (subsidiaries, depots, dealers, resellers, sales representatives and regional technicians, etc.). Thus, during my previous mission, I mobilized the management committee for implementing an ambitious business model, a new strategy and redesigning the processes and missions of the company. That allowed all the employees finding a positive dynamic and a much more collaborative work, relaunching prospection. Then the turnover increased and we improved the margin rate.
