About Franck Lesigne

The Team : Beyond the health drama, the Covid-19 period was also an opportunity for me to confirm once again the tremendous power of the team. Overnight everything stops, yet we needed to continue paying the suppliers, the loans and funding the working capital. The world has never been more uncertain, but the team demonstrated its strength and its ability to find intelligent solutions that are quick to implement and that allow us to move forward. Listening to our teams, questioning them, making them grow, that's the most beautiful growth lever for companies and certainly the most rewarding activity of the executive leader. Crises are chances to rise above: Navigating through Brazil's worst economic crisis in the past 50 years was an excellent lesson in financial discipline and innovative opportunity-seeking to emerge stronger from the crisis. Let's all engage in this positive and enthusiastic pursuit of finding sustainable solutions for climate change and the terrible assaults we are inflicting on the surrounding biodiversity. R&D culture: Firm technical engineering foundations to develop skills in production, quality, supply chain, and also to address social and environmental challenges. Two decades of regular and deep diving contacts with Japan: A culture of kaizen applied throughout all aspects of the company – R&D, production, sales, supply chain.
