I started my career in the IT Support in the year after my IT studies. I started in a 1st level support position, taking care of Software and Hardware issues. I had the chance to improve my technical and communication skills. In 2004 I decided to initiate myself to ICT Management in a small company where I improved Project Management. However I preferred to go back in Banking Institutions to the Second Level Support in 2005. In 2011 I joined Intrasoft International to integrate the MuST Support team at the European Parliament. In 2017, I got the opportunity to integrate a service requiring more technical skills on Exchange & Unified Communication & Collaboration at the European Commission.
