About Franck Pansera

I joined PwC Luxembourg in 2008 after being graduated with a Master in Accounting, Controlling and Audit from IAE in Nancy. I am also réviseur d'entreprises agréé since 2019. I made all my career at PwC being able to work in various industries (banking, PFS, ManCo, alternatives.) and departments (audit, advisory, AML/CTF.). As of today I am an audit partner involved in the financial sector with a particular focus on: • Banking with the audit of Private Banks, Corporate Banks, and branches, most of them being EU-PIE; • Securitisation with the audit of Securitisation vehicles (some being EU-PIE); • Asset Wealth Management with the audit of some Professional of the Financial Sector specialised in this area & Investment Fund Managers/ManCo; • Operational company (including consolidation) with the audit of Professionals of the Financial Sector specialised in this area. I also have experience on banking regulatory and AML/CTF as I work on advisory projects to help clients on some regulatory topics (governance, compliance, preparation to on-site visit, AML/CTF.) Last but not least, since several years, I have an HR role within the firm managing a pool of resources within the Banking and Securitisation group helping them to develop their skills and to grow within the firm.
