Background
About Franck Wiebe
I am the director of the MIDP Program at Georgetown University. It is a STEM-certified 2-year professional program in development policy with a unique curriculum focused on applied microeconomics and rigorous quantitative analytical methods. An important feature of the program is the summer professional placement after the first year. All MIDP students receive university funding, which allows them to develop and secure summer jobs that would otherwise be unavailable to them. Students regularly work around the world with J-PAL, IPA, DIME and the Gender Innovation Lab at the World Bank, 3ie, IDinsight, and IFPRI, just to name a few of the most common employers. Email me at franck.wiebe@georgetown.edu if you are interested in applying or even just learning more.
