Directed the Removal Defense and Student Legal Services programs with a combined $7M+ budget, managing operations across 4 regional offices and supervising a team of 50+ staff, interns, and volunteers to deliver immigration services to thousands annually. Secured $1M in new grant funding by identifying key program needs, engaging funders, and developing successful proposals aligned with community impact and contract requirements. Oversaw 7 immigration legal service programs with contracts totaling over $1M, delivering critical services to thousands of low-income residents across New York City. Managed a team of 30+ staff and volunteers across 4 legal service programs, successfully supporting underserved populations in and around New York City with complex immigration needs.
