About Francois de Malartic

François is Marketing Director for Data & Data Mobile of International Carriers (IC) for France-Telecom-Orange, delivering services under its key brand Orange. In this role, he is in charge of developing Data Business activity worldwide for IC covering bandwidth, submarine cables, Internet Transit, SS7 & attached Value Added Services, GRX, Roaming Hub, Airtime Transfer and CDN. He also heads up support Sales throughout all Regions. François joined International Carriers in January 2010 from Etrali where he was Managing Director of Etrali North America since 2007. Based in New York, he successfully developped the activity to position Etrali as a key partner for the Finance and Corporate Investment Banking sectors in the Region. He was previously with France Telecom for 5 years holding Senior Sales positions in the Key Account Division. Before joining France Telecom, François held a number of positions at Equant for 8 years in a variety of roles, before taking up the position of Director of Sales, Equant France. François has extensive experience in the telecomms sector, in particular in B-to-B that he acquired through management positions in business development, outsourcing and marketing. François is married with 4 children and lives in Paris.
