About Francois Maass

I am a dedicated, career path driven individual with a unique ability to figure out how things tick. I thrive under pressure and attempt every challenge to the fullest of my reach, always with a dash of crazy, fun and positivity in my personality. In the workplace I am the serious and focused individual with dedicated views and drive. I push others to perform and strive to aid anyone in their daily tasks to achieve what they need and more. I thoroughly enjoy mentoring my peers and being mentored by those that share my passion and spirit towards innovation and new trends. My professional background is technical in nature with deep experience in SAP technologies, especially within the SuccessFactors Core HR, Cloud Hybrid, Talent Hybrid and Full cloud solutions. Coupled with these solutions, I have extensive cloud and on-premise integration experience focussing not only on SAP technologies, but also other middleware integration platforms, so that I can constantly expand into new eras of technology innovation. Personally, I am a DIY-Architect, driven to improve as much as I can in and around my surroundings. I have a passion for horse riding and spending afternoons away from the rush of everyday life. I love to travel and have over 11 countries on my passport stamp-list! Live life, fully and energetically!
