I help wealth managers and investment providers optimise their business and distribution models. Recent assignments have focussed on re-design/launch/acquisition of advice channels supported by attractive propositions. This includes using data and technology to remove pain points & deliver attractive ROIs. Alongside distribution assignments, I have been involved in the launch of several product offerings and a new DFM. My clients over the last 6 years include Momentum, Sanlam Private Wealth, Old Mutual, Nedbank Private Wealth, Allan Gray, Standard Bank and Liberty. I have a solid understanding of all the components of the wealth and investment management value chain (incl asset management, product packaging, platforms, sales & distribution, advice & client engagement). In addition to business expertise, I have a number of years of hands-on experience in digitising value propositions and I am comfortable working with design thinking and agile delivery methodology.
