Good day, I am hungry for experience in the industry regarding Property,Retail, Marketing, sales or any other fields of interests relating to my resumè to broaden my scope and field of vision. I want to expose myself to as many opportunities as possible, thus I can only be to my best success in the near future. I am a dedicated hard worker, an avid listener and do have the will power and drive to succeed and be the best version of myself. My main languages which I am proficient in are English and Afrikaans. I am currently employed by a retail leasing company where I do retail site procurements for the retail industry and assist national retailers to seek the perfect retail space. Myself and my colleagues provide a risk driven turn key solution from start to finish with all game players and developers with an end goal in mind - developing a successful retail node with tenant mix and shopper experience in mind. I have good experience in Property, retail, operations,canvassing and leasing and all the contract and legal proceedings going with such position. I can read, analyze and comment on drafting of sales and leasing contracts. Great ability of Microsoft Azure experience as I work with the head software developer to analyze, do testing and software analysis for bugs on a new company project that will be launched in November 2022. I hope we can meet in the near future, as I do consider myself an asset to any enterprise. My current highest education is a BCom MMA Degree and registered for the PPRA PDE 4 Exam.
