I am a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) and have a master degree in Finance from Anhembi Morumbi University in São Paulo - Brazil. I also have an advanced english level (C1) according to CEFR - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. About my professional skills, I work as a foreign exchange analyst at Bradesco Bank being responsable for dealing with international wire transfers via SWIFT messange, supporting customers by e-mail and telephone contact, providing information about the documents needed to prove the source of their operations according to the rules of Brazilian Central Bank. I'm also responsable to: • Advisory client services by phone and e-mail about exchange market rules, documents and costs of their operations; • General document analysis to support the source of the resources presented by the client; • Quote and negotiate rate directly with client; • Adhere to bank compliance polices and guarantee safe and protect transactions like KYC process; • Handle clients claims and provide the solution within stipulated time frame; • Process wire transfer returned due to errors; • Provide meetings to understand market needs; • Follow-up the wire transfers via MT 103/202/199. • Close the process of wire transfer, both receiving and sending operations.
