About Frank A. Piazza

Since 2002, I have provided legal representation for private and public corporations in various industries, including the construction, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, oil and gas drilling and exploration industries. My business background is rooted in the restaurant business. My family has always been in the restaurant business. I grew up in the business, and literally started by washing dishes and working my way up through the kitchen and to management. Interestingly enough, now in my legal practice, I have represented many restaurants and food service establishments. The majority of my practice involves representing clients at various hearings, legal proceedings, and mediations in the Federal and State District Courts throughout Texas. Drawing upon my business background, communications skills, and legal education, I have worked with my clients to successfully accomplish their goals, whether the task involved transactional work, resolve disputed issues between multiple parties, negotiate a settlement, preempt litigation, or win in trial. Much of my work necessarily requires identifying legal issues, risks, drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, counseling clients on potential exposure and liabilities. I attribute much of my success to a strategic mind-set, analyzation and communications skills, and quite simply just good judgment and business sense.
