About Frank Bartone

After opening my own sports injury clinic in 2016 I was shocked at the number of my clientele that were hurting themselves in gyms. Worst of all majority of them were doing personal and group training. People, being let down in overcrowded groups by a cookie-cutter approach to training under the guidance of inexperienced coaches. This was all the motivation I needed to open up Hawthorn's premier training facility, Perfect Fit Coaching. At PFC we do things differently. We match our members with one of our result proven systems and pair it with a tailored plan specific to their goal. We offer a variety of approaches, that have been used to help 100's of people whilst ensuring it will best suit their lifestyle and their goals. I began my career in the health industry in 2010 as a strength coach. It was during this time that I began to develop a passion for helping people achieve their goals and a curiosity for how the body works. To expand my knowledge and skillset I completed multiple courses including a Bachelors's degree in Exercise Science and an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy. Having been an athlete involved with the AIS I was drawn to the field of elite sport. I undertook an internship at Melbourne Storm (Rugby League) Which led to contract work at Essendon Football Club (AFL) in 2014-15 and then Carlton Football Club (AFL) 16. I was lucky enough to brush shoulders with expert strength coaches and injury management specialists which helped mold my skill set to this day in optimal healing and performance.
