Technical and executive experience in operations, manufacturing, design, analysis, and research management. Expert in Operational Excellence initiatives, while enhancing performance, improving quality and reducing costs. Degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Master in Aerospace Engineering and a Master in Business Administration. I’ve been in executive management positions in the high technology, composite structures industry for the past twenty years. As a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, I am highly focused on lean process flow, continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of operational management. I have worked in the composite structures arena for thirty years, performing engineering analysis, program management and senior management positions with full P&L responsibility for both advanced development and high-volume production programs. Primary industries included aircraft structures, on-orbit satellite structures, consumer leisure products, missile and munitions components. Specialties: Composite materials, composite structures for aerospace application, developing and executing aggressive company growth strategies, driving a Lean / continuous improvement culture into all aspects of a company, engineering, manufacturing, business development and program management.
