As a General Sales Manager at Vivint, I am responsible for overseeing the direct-to-home sales force I personally recruited, trained, and developed for Smart Home Pros, Inc, which fuels the company's meteoric rise with one of the most efficient and productive door-to-door summer sales programs in addition to the year-round operations and channel partners. I leverage my skills in business-to-business (B2B) sales, sales management, and relationship development to plan and execute sales strategies, train and coach sales representatives, monitor and analyze sales performance, oversee inside sales leads and outside sales efforts while working every day in the field training reps on cold contacts, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
