Rated #7 by the Charlotte Business Journal among the largest Area Temporary Staffing Firms for 2017. The Company specializes in the Light Industrial needs of Clients who outsource all, or part of their Light Industrial/warehouse personnel, such as in Logistics, Packing, Assembly, Manufacturing, equipment operators, food processing & packaging; and recycling, among others. As Senior Account Manager I call on medium to large Companies in our area offering our services and, together with our Operations team, manage the delivery of the services promised, such as in-depth interviews, performing all the pre-requisite background, E-Verify, drug and other specialty testing and conducting Orientation sessions to acquaint candidates with the job requirements and expectations. Cutting down on turn around time from order placed to placement of the candidates, something we are proud of and track. After the placements, we follow up with our unique CCRR program, using Contact, Consultation, Recognition and Reinforcement, to improve performance, timeliness and retention of employees, via a unified message from Company and Staffing Agency, increasing retention and job satisfaction. I am involved with information gathering at the site: assessing Client's needs and preferences and observation of the actual work, with particular emphasis on the culture and customs of the workplace. Compiling accurate job descriptions and preparing the interview criteria and questions to be used for the selection of candidates. I get to observe and work with different companies and systems. I am challenged to be at my best with people skills, creativity, setting clear goals and responsibilities, managing expectations, good communications and maintaining long term relationships in a fluctuating economic environment.
