Created & launched Stretch Briefs (2016), Male Guards with Cuffs (2017) and Overnight Underwear (2018) for WALMART as sole supplier! Strategy is to provide WALMART with ”new product innovations” each year that are not “me too”, patent protected and will continually grow their business well into the future. Developed & launched SMART “electronic” Underpad in 2018 for Hill Rom (Healthcare). This product signals the nurse, on their cell phone, of when to change the product. Created & launched original ASSURANCE Protective Underwear (US Patent 6,478,786)@ WALMART in - one of the most successful disposable products in the incontinence business. Led product development for Retail Incontinence (1996-2003), which grew 200% in 6 yrs.(over $250 MM annual sales in Retail). Inventor of Breakthrough (Zero-Waste) Protective Underwear (European Patent EP1,656,089), most efficient pant design for high speed production (i.e. Covidien's SURECARE product line). Also, led product development for Clinical Incontinence (1998-2003), which had sales over $250 MM and was the first to introduce the Hook & Loop/Cloth-like Adult Briefs (Wings HL) in the US and 3D Adult Briefs. Inventor of: 1. “Cool Alert" for Pull-Ups @ K-C (US Patent 5,649,914 issued on July 22, 1997 and 5,702,376). Tabbed "Ultra Thin" Sanitary Napkins @ J&J (US Patent 5,217,448).
