I am an investment advisor with over 30 years experience helping clients address their financial needs for the future. Recently earned Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation. I have worked in the East Bay with investors and their portfolios since1979 as an Investment Real Estate Broker, developer and syndicator. In 1994, I changed directions and became a licensed Securities and Insurance professional. Working primarily with people approaching or in retirement, my goal is to help clients build and preserve their retirement assets through the use of sound, conservative guidance and tax-saving strategies. I enjoy helping people increase their retirement income and create a legacy for their family in the most tax efficient manner that fits their lifetime objectives.In September 2014, I merged the Guarascio Financial Group with New Vintage Financial Services, LLC in Walnut Creek, CA. We focus on providing tax efficient, retirement income plans, integrating social security, pensions and retirement assets.I am an active member and past president of the local Kiwanis Club and have been the chairman of the Legacy committee and active member of the Philanthropy Council for the local hospital foundation. I have been a student and a teacher of tax advantaged investing for over 30 years.
