As Vice President of Digital Services for Gas Services at Siemens Energy, I lead the end-to-end digital transformation of our business value chain across our global Gas Services Business. My mandate is to ensure our critical operation - from regional sales and global field service to factory execution and product engineering - are seamlessly connected through a robust internal "Digital Thread".Previously, as the global leader of the Digital Core - Gas Services, I established the foundational IT/OT infrastructure in our factories and digital tools to optimize business processes. Today, I leverage that foundation to drive operational excellence. By utilizing advanced automation, data analytics, digital workflows and AI, my organization eliminates operational silos within the organization.I am passionate about driving non-linear growth: ensuring that as our business scales, our internal digital capabilities optimize our processes, protect our margins, and empower our employees to deliver flawless execution.
