About Frank Jia
Lecturer/academic in Computer Science at UNSW College/CSE. I love teaching, every aspect to it. My personal interests are in the fields of theoretical decision theory, game theory, and rationality.My pedagogical experience has largely been in the design and analysis of algorithms, however I've also taught across computer systems, neural networks/deep learning, introductory programming, formal & concurrent verification and more. My industry research/engineering experience was @ Optiver and lies mainly in high frequency trading strategies. My academic research spans education/course development, but is currently on the verification of blockchain based smart contracts.(funded by UGCA1662 as part of "Australia's Economic Accelerator Grant: Development of a Commercial Version of a Software Model Checker, 2024/25")
