About Frank Jiao

I study Master of Commerce (Accounting) in Deakin University. After I graduated, I become a associate membership in Australia CPA. For me, I am a confident outgoing and warm-hearted man. I help my friends when they face some problems. Also, I am friendly, I like to make new friends in parties or new place. At weekend, I usually play badminton with my friends or go to gym. I have some internship experience in China. I worked in a small CPA group called Zhi nanzheng in my hometown. In my internship experience, I worked with my colleagues to help clients to audit accounts receivable and make final reports. I helped my clients make annual enterprise inspection reports. I went to Nantong with my colleagues to do some interview and survey with local businesses for knowing their attitudes about local government investing plan. I worked as a graduate accountant in Etax accountant. In Etax accountant, I helped assist with the review of individual online tax returns prior to lodgement using Etax owned tax accounting software, provided tax advice and guidance to clients on various tax issues, explained complicated tax legislation and implications in simple terms via numerous communication mediums, including telephone, live chat or web messages, assisted clients during ATO audits while maintaining quality assurance standards and ensure exemplary customer service is always maintained. Currently, I work as payroll officer in Menzies group. I check and adjust timesheets/rosters for employees, provide special timesheets every pay period, add and maintain new employee details, ensure each timesheets all true and correct, help make LSL claim form and earnings report for each pay period.
