About Frank Kaiser

I’m Frank Kaiser, and I’m an agile explorer, with a specialist interest in adult education. My experience and expertise lies in agile methodologies and practices, in technical product management, and in software system engineering. I’m also skilled in development, integration, and deployment, and am a strong and knowledgeable team builder, and team leader. My true passion is for adult education, particularly in training people how to become better public speakers. I believe it’s possible for all of us to present confidently, knowledgeably, and persuasively, with real presence, and I’m a proud member of an international volunteering organization that provides a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can improve their public speaking skills. Giving back is something I love to do, and forms an important part of my working life, no matter how busy I become with other things. In the past, I’ve delivered workshops, served as a contest chair, and moderated leadership institutes on a voluntary basis, and have even won awards for my voluntary work, both professionally, and in my private life. In a paid capacity, I’ve most recently worked as a Senior Technical Product Manager for General Electrics, Switzerland, with responsibility for business analysis, user requirement gathering and analysis, interfacing to key stakeholders, and the development of multiple scrum teams as Scrum Master. Prior to this, I worked as a Team Lead and Systems Engineer for Alstom Power and GE, in a similar role. I’m currently seeking a permanent, full time role that matches my skills and experience, alongside developing my own freelance practise teaching public speaking skills to adult learners of all abilities, along with courses in German language. I’m 53 years young, and ask you not to hold that against me. With age comes experience, insight, and direction, and I have so much to give. I’m a passionate, compassionate guy who raises his voice to address injustices, however large or small. I’m also a down to earth chap, and like nothing better than spending some quality time with my wife, exploring our beautiful planet. I play the Ukulele, and use music as part of my training courses, and while social media is a great tool for business, I prefer to live my life in the real world.
