Well-organized project leader, detail-oriented but capable of seeing the larger picture and overall goal of a mission. • Saw the need for, developed support for, and managed the implementation of the Usher Module for The Saints, a 2200-member volunteer organization in the performing arts, encompassing 150 plus venues and companies in the Chicago area to manage the member requests and confirmations for those venues, using 75 member coordinators. • Restructured the publications for The Saints, modifying a bulletin-board style email to a structured internet-based newsletter. Suggested and implemented a new management position of Publisher to oversee a fractured publications structure. • One of a three-member team to reorganize the management of the Chicago Literary Club when the incumbent administrative team retired. • Developed an extensive website for the Chicago Literary Club that encompasses over member essays, five histories and multiple documents, member management, integration of online finance with QuickBooks, and more. • Managed the front-of-house startup operations for the Harris Theater, the first new downtown theater in Chicago in 70 years, with duties ranging from house management and performance coordination to program preparation, interaction with artists, computer management, facility management and more to startup questions like postal address, fire department coordination, architect interfacing. • Served as Travel Concierge to the senior management and CEO of FMC Corporation, a $4-billion annual sales and Fortune 200 company. Planned trips for senior managers, interfaced with corporate aircraft managers, provided corporate meeting services. • Served as Company Manager for multiple international and domestic tours of performing arts groups such as Martha Graham Dance Company, Paul Taylor Dance Company, Joffrey II Dancers; responsible for tour management and execution, interface with local sponsors and presenters, hotel and travel arrangements, financial requirements, and more.
