About Frank Lomas

Since 2001, I’ve navigated the dynamic world of recruitment, delivering permanent, contract, and temporary staffing solutions for clients across diverse sectors, both locally and internationally. From 180, 270, 360 consultant to business founder and co-owner, its an industry I have loved being part of, in good times and bad. Today, I'm using this hands-on expertise to work with recruitment businesses of varying sizes, goals and challenges, in supporting their teams across the UK and abroad. Up-skilling and developing technical ability and confidence, I equip recruiters with the tools to compete in challenging markets and empower them to make confident commercial decisions, in order to meet their personal goals, alongside company targets. As a trainer, coach, and consultant, I focus on elevating recruitment performance via engaging online, in-house, and public programs. From mastering the complete placement process to excelling in account management, business development, negotiation skills, candidate attraction, and customer engagement. The entire sales and customer engagement process from rookies to seasoned recruitment professionals and managers is where I throw myself into. And I love it!
