About Frank Longo

As Director of Impact at UBI Business School, I lead initiatives that connect education, research, and real-world impact. My work focuses on embedding responsible leadership and values-based learning across UBI’s campuses through the UBI Citizen Initiative — a platform that brings our G.R.E.A.T. values (Globally-Minded, Responsible, Empathetic, Adaptive, Thoughtful Innovator) to life through experiential learning, SDG projects, and digital recognition. I contribute to UBI’s international engagement through collaborations with PRME and NGO's, supporting research, impact reporting, and global partnerships that strengthen our shared commitment to responsible management education. Recently elected to the Steering Committee of the PRME Chapter France & Benelux, I help shape regional collaboration around responsible leadership and management education across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, research, and organisational development, I’m passionate about bridging learning and leadership to help students, educators, and institutions generate lasting social impact. Before taking on my current role, I served as Director of International Research at EAE Business School, advancing global research collaboration and faculty development, and as Associate Dean for Global Programmes at UBI, where I helped enhance student experience, quality assurance, and institutional partnerships. Earlier in my career, I was honoured with Eli Lilly & Co.’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Award, presented to one individual among more than employees worldwide. That recognition affirmed my path as a leader in DEI and continues to inspire my dedication to education that transforms not just knowledge — but the way we lead, connect, and contribute to the world.
