Ten years’ experience developing Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (IA) architecture, Cybersecurity/IA Planning, and DoD Certification and Accreditation (C&A) for major DoD SATCOM systems; Global Positioning System (GPS); Transformational Satellite Communications System (TSAT) and the NORAD NORTHCOM (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/ Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) Air, Missile and Space defense systems. This work includes Security Architecture and Design, Information Security and Risk Management, DoDI 8500 IA Processes and Controls, Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Certification, National Security Agency (NSA) Type-1 Certification and the new Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification and accreditation process • Over 15 years experience with Milstar, including satellite payload data, terminal design, communications planning, terminal dataflow, database configuration management and control, CONOPS development, policies and procedures. • Over 15 years experience with Extremely High Frequency (EHF) SATCOM communications planning tools including Milstar Master Database (MMDB), Milstar Communications Planning Tool – Integrated (MCPTi), Tool Set Database (TSDB), SATCOM Database (SDB), Automated Communications Planning System (ACMS), and the Advanced EHF (AEHF) Mission Planning Element (MPE). • Over 25 years of management experience of professionals including programmers, systems analysts, systems engineers, and technical writers. Strong background in project management, software design, database design, database management, software development, and software test and evaluation.
