About Frank Owen

Frank is an experienced international business leader and entrepreneur having grown and advised successful global high technology product and services companies for more than 20 years. He is now a sought after innovation consultant, leadership coach, speaker, non-executive director and board chair. His work with boards, CEO's and senior leadership teams enabling them to rapidly identify and realise the benefits of their innovation, sustainability and digital growth opportunities. Through both coaching and consultancy he stimulates an organisation's ability to deeply empathise and collaborate with customers and partners. As a result the board and company leadership are able to take advantage of new revenue models and successfully lead cultural and technology driven change. He has demonstrated success in executing complex sales, international technology partnerships and building global senior executive teams in changing times. He enjoys a strong international network having lived and worked in UK, France, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, the United States and New Zealand, and been responsible for business in Brazil, China, Russia and Japan. Frank is particularly passionate about action-oriented learning in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation and is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the University of Canterbury and a guest lecturer and speaker at the University of Vienna. He speaks fluent French and German.
