Past Chapter President of the Australian Institute of Building.Frank Pavan is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building. He is also a Fellow of Engineers Australia.Pavan Consultants provides a level of excellence in the building industry through its team of project managers and engineers. The firm focuses on commercial and residential projects including federal, state and local government projects.Frank Pavan has recently been appointed as the senior client project manager and construction superintendent for Kahlon Groups 6 level tower to be constructed over the top of the existing 2 levels building on Smith Street, Fitzroy. The project is to provide for fully serviced offices and meeting conference rooms. Expected completion is in October 2022. In addition to this project, Frank was recently engaged as the client project manager for the expansion and upgrade to the Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre for the City of Maribyrnong.In mid 2018, Frank Pavan provided client project management services for the Oakleigh Recreation Centre Construction project for the City of Monash. The project budget is approximately $25.0M. Onsite construction commenced in June 2019 and the centre was completed in December 2020.The firm has completed client project management services for two seperate buildings for Chisholm Institute at it Berwick Campus, namely Casey Tech School and Berwick Centre for Health with an overall project budget of approximately $25.0M.Frank Pavan has also successfully completed client project management services for the $8M Major Expansion of the Bendigo Art Gallery and the multi award winning $8M Redevelopment of the Bendigo Library for the City of Greater Bendigo and the Darley Early Years Hub and Sports Pavilion (Bacchus Marsh)($5.6M), the delivery of Jacana Pavilion ($0.75M), concept designs for McMahon Pavilion ($1.5M), concept designs for Deer Park North PS, Rationalisation of NMIT Facilities including EPA requirements, concept design for Kensington Apartment Complex ($1.1M) and various residential dual occupancies and a multi unit development.For the last 16 years, Frank Pavan has been a senior judge for the highly sought Master Builders' Construction and Residential Excellence Awards. For the last 3 years he has been appointed the chief judge.He is also a member of the Victorian Building Authority's Building Practitioners' Board.
