I am a dedicated employee with 10 (plus) years of insurance experience with Geico. I was able to advance my career by taking on new roles through customer service, coaching, claims, supervision and most recently as a hearing specialist. Throughout my time career Geico I was consistently a top rated associate who went above and beyond to excell in my roles. I was able to work remotely throuhgout the pandemic and maintained a work form home schedule based on my outstanding performance. In 2023 after being laid off I began my career at Liberty Mutual where I handled BI Casualty claims. I handled matters where claimants were represented by an attorney and worked towards settlement/ resolution. I can currently employed with Inshur/Genoteq handling BI as well. Prior to becoming an insurance professional I had 10 years on restaurant experience. I was a coach, manager lead, bartender and server for TGIFridays. I excell in areas such as active listening, multi-tasking, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service.
